Holiday 2017 Comparisons - Zoya Landon (Party Girls) - Part 1

From left to right: Tina (Charming, Spring 2017), Lois (Wanderlust, Summer 2017), After the Glow (Sunrise Sunset, Summer 2017), Audrina (Gossip, Summer 2008), Pamplona Purple (Spain, Autumn 2009), Landon, Dawn of a New Reign (Street Regal, Autumn 2017), Purple Haze (Star Power, Autumn 2017), O Suzi Mio (Venice, Autumn 2015), Margarita (Black Magic, August 2014), Karina (Neon Nights, July 2017), Queen B (Autumn Nights, Autumn 2013), All Access Pass (Neons 2015)

Landon is sort of on the bridge between the light purples and the dark purples here. It errs towards the lights but it is the darkest. I think if you dropped a bit of Dawn of a New Reign into Pamplona Purple you’d get Landon.

Holiday 2017 Comparisons - OPI Wanna Wrap? (Love OPI XOXO) - Part 1

From left to right: Karina (Neon Nights, July 2017), Elaine (Sophisticates, Autumn 2017), Suzi & the Arctic Fox (Iceland, Autumn 2017), Purple Haze (Star Power, Autumn 2017), Margarita (Black Magic, October 2014), Wanna Wrap, Charmed I’m Sure (Autumn Nights, Autumn 2013), O Suzi Mio (Venice, Autumn 2015), Viking in a Vinter Vonderland (Nordic, Autumn 2014)

I actually don’t have anything dead-on close to Wanna Wrap here. Karina is way off, Elaine and Arctic Fox aren’t nearly purple enough, Purple Haze is too light, Margarita is too blue, Charmed I’m Sure is too light and O Suzi Mio and Viking are a bit too cool.

Autumn 2017 Comparisons - OPI Suzi & the Arctic Fox (Iceland)

I still have no idea exactly what color Suzi & the Arctic Fox really is… brown? Gray? Purple? I don’t know. I also can’t get it to show up on camera well.

From left to right: Joanne (Friendsgiving, November 2014), Charmed, I’m Sure (Autumn Nights, Autumn 2013), A Grape Affair (Coca Cola, Summer 2014), Plum Sugar (Sugar High, Spring 2015), O Suzi Mio (Venice, Autumn 2015), Viking in a Vinter Vonderland (Nordic, Autumn 2014), Kelly (Wonderful, Autumn 2010), Suzi & the Arctic Fox, Mona (Boudoir, January 2014), Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees (Spain, Autumn 2009), Casey (Classics), Vendetta (Spring 2009)

I think if you mixed the gray Mona with the purple Viking you’d get Arctic Fox. This color is so unique!

Holiday 2016 Comparisons - Deborah Lippmann Crown Velvet (Her Majesty)

From left to right: Drunk in Love (Color Fever website exclusive, Summer 2014), All Aboard (All Aboard, Autumn 2014), Grape Pop (Up & Away, Spring 2010), Mix and Mingle (Cheers!, Holiday 2015), Do You Have this Color in Stock-holm? (Nordic, Autumn 2014), Crown Velvet, Monica (Designer, Autumn 2012), O Suzi Mio (Venice, Autumn 2015), Katya (Dark & Stormy Nights, October 2016), Plum Sugar (Sugar High, Spring 2015)

Drunk in Love is the closest thing I have within Lippmann’s line, but it’s infinitely lighter, redder, and brighter. All Aboard is lighter and dustier. Grape Pop, Mix and Mingle, and Stock-holm are all lighter, but all share Crown Velvet’s blue tone. Monica, O Suzi Mio, and Katya are more red toned. In hindsight, I probably should have put Plum Sugar next to Crown Velvet, because they’re pretty close, but Plum Sugar is also redder.
