Julep Lineup - Jennifer, Jenny, Jennye, Jessica

  • Jennifer (CWAT - Express Yourself, March 2012) is a sheer nude polish. Pretty and solid.
  • Jenny (CWAT - Fuchsia Fizzy, August 2015) is a really pretty pink creme with a strong gold shimmer. The shimmer shows up in almost all lighting!
  • Jennye (Wonder Maven - Spring to It, March 2017) is another really big disappointment. The holo barely shows up and the formula is hard to work with. Not a fan.
  • Jessica (It Girl - April 2012) is a cute little baby blue creme. Fabulous formula and a pretty color.

Julep Lineup - Janie, Jean, Jeanette, Jenna

  • Janie (Wonder Maven - New Year Fresh Look, January 2016) is a sheer white. A serviceable French manicure polish.
  • Jean (Classic with a Twist - Dark and Stormy Nights, October 2016) is a red creme with a dreamy formula. One of their best dark reds.
  • Jeanette (Bombshell - So Fancy, November 2015) is a really unique polish. It’s like a metallic base with lots of silver holo glitter particles. It’s really something special!
  • Jenna (CWAT - Paradise, April 2015) is a nice corally orange creme.

Julep Lineup - Iman, Jacqueline, Janet, Janice

  • Iman (Ruby for July, July 2015) is a deep, gorgeous red metallic. Red metallics are my favorite to wear, so loving Iman is a no brainer.
  • Jacqueline (CWAT - Deep End, June 2015) is a pretty orange-red shimmer. This is kinda sheer but it’s super summery!
  • Janet (It Girl - Pop, March 2015) is a pale pink “Soft Focus” polish. This is my favorite of the Soft Focus polishes, it’s such a pretty color and the formula is a lot easier to use than Ali or Alison.
  • Janice (CWAT - Switch Up, November 2015) is a fun multicolored glitter - red, blue, brown and gold at least. This is really subdued for a full glitter polish, so I really love this!

Julep Lineup - Gracie, Greta, Hallie, Hayley

  • Gracie (CWAT - QVC Spring Neutrals, March 2016) is a chic purple toned gray. I wore this with a coat of Brenda on top and it was fabulous!
  • Greta (CWAT - Dramatic, February 2014) is a beautiful red with silver shimmer. Feels very holiday!
  • Hallie (It girl - Holo Days, July 2015) is a light green toned teal holo. Another winner holographic!
  • Hayley (Boho Glam - Modern Smolder, February 2016) is a berry creme. It’s another one that’s nice but not spectacular.

Julep Lineup - Gigi, Ginny, Gladys, Goldie

  • Gigi (Boho Glam - Shine On, April 2016) is a sheer orange. This one’s a lot less opaque than Ari and you probably couldn’t build this to opaque.
  • Ginny (Bombshell - This Way to the Soiree, December 2016) is a blue holo. What sets it apart from polishes like OPI Give Me Space or Zoya Dream is that luscious orange shimmer that gives the polish a lot of depth, that’s visible but not distracting from the holo.
  • Gladys (It Girl - Dark and Stormy Nights, October 2016) is a dark teal with a subtle matching shimmer. I really love this! It’s really vampy.
  • Goldie (Bombshell - Dramatic, February 2014) is a gold glitter. This is a real party polish! It’s surprisingly opaque in two coats.

Julep Lineup - Francine, Geena, Gemini, Genevieve

  • Francine (Boho Glam - Rainbow Bright, May 2016) is a summery green sparkly. I’m not crazy about this one although it is rather nice.
  • Geena (Rose Quartz for January, January 2015) is a sheer pink glitter topper. I really like this as a topper over white or pink but it’s super sheer on its own.
  • Gemini (Zodiac, June 2016) is a surprisingly flattering green metallic. This might be my favorite of the Zodiacs!
  • Genevieve (Wonder Maven - Wonder Maven, September 2016) is a russet-y red metallic. This is interesting, I don’t see a lot of metallics this color.

Julep Lineup - Fawn, Fifi, Flora, Fran

  • Fawn (Boho Glam - Moonlit Magic, Holiday 2016) is an amazingly special glitter. It’s a brown with gold glitter. I love it!
  • Fifi (It Girl - Art Walk, September 2014) is a pink sheer. Not the best formula.
  • Flora (It Girl - Vivid, April 2014) is a really interesting neon. It’s a rare purple neon with blue shimmer, and it’s even visible when it’s matte!
  • Fran (Bombshell - Bask in the Heat, June 2017) is a nice although not super unique red creme. I do really like it though.

Julep Lineup - Eunice, Evan, Eve, Faith

  • Eunice (Bombshell - Into the Sea, July 2016) is a pretty standard blue metallic. Pretty but not super exciting.
  • Evan (CWAT - Future Fresh, January 2017) is a berry creme. Again pretty but not super exciting.
  • Eve (CWAT - Sun Crush, May 2017) is a very strange (in a good way) polish. It’s a matte duochrome that goes from lilac to green. It’s kinda like a matte OPI Significant Other Color.
  • Faith (CWAT - Spring to It, March 2017) is a mauve purple with silver shimmer. Again nice but not super exciting.

Julep Lineup - Elsie, Emilie, Emily, Esmeralda

  • Elsie (Wonder Maven - Bask in the Heat, June 2017) is a really neat orange holographic. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a holo this color before! This says sheer on the front but it’s pretty opaque in two coats.
  • Emilie (It Girl - 2011) is a jade green. This reminds me of Jade is the New Black. Really nice!
  • Emily (Topaz for December, December 2015) is a cool blue with blue shimmer. The shimmer doesn’t show up as much as I wish it would but it’s still pretty sparkly.
  • Esmeralda (Bombshell - Emerald, May 2013) is a green glitter topper. I wore this over red for last holiday and it was super festive!

Julep Lineup - Eleanor, Eliza, Ellis, Elsa

  • Eleanor (Pink Tourmaline for October, October 2015) is an amazing pink metallic. More people need to make polishes like this. This is wonderful.
  • Eliza (Bombshell - Endless Summer, August 2016) is another one of those insane holos, that’s probably why it keeps selling out all the time. This is a holo that works all year round.
  • Ellis (Boho Glam - Kisses, London, September 2015) is a sublter lady than Eliza but it’s a very chic color. Very stylish.
  • Elsa (It Girl - All Night Long, December 2015) is a bit of a mess. It definitely looks very snowy, but it gets really thick and clumpy really fast, and I tried layering it over Demi and it looked really patchy. I guess layering one coat over white is your best bet for Elsa.

Julep Lineup - Dorothy, Dot, Ebony, Elaine

  • Dorothy (Bombshell - Luminous Lights, Holiday 2016) looks so fabulous here but in practice it’s super bubbly. Shame because it’s gorgeous.
  • Dot (It Girl - Trancing in the Moonlight, October 2017) is another nice glitter from October. This one shows up very purple, more purple than Ariel shows up teal.
  • Ebony (Dark and Stormy Nights, October 2016) could be Julep’s best holo. It’s like the original My Private Jet! It’s super strong in any light. If they ever bring this back from the vault you need this one!
  • Elaine (It Girl - Gem Collection 2014, Holiday 2014) is a really wonderful purple texture polish. This is super glitzy and opaque in one coat! This is another favorite.

Julep Lineup - Demi, Devon, Dominique, Dora

  • Demi (Bombshell - December 2011) is a red creme. I can’t say I recommend this one, it’s a little patchy and not the best formula for a not too unique color.
  • Devon (CWAT - Friendsgiving, November 2014) is a fun gray with pink shimmer. I’m not crazy about gray nail polish but this one is really something special.
  • Dominique (Boho Glam - Endless Summer, August 2016) is a really interesting green with holo glitter. Its closest living relative is Zoya Merida, which is a lot less blue toned and darker.
  • Dora (Bombshell - Stroke of Midnight, December 2016) is a pretty pink metallic. There’s some pretty blue glitter in the bottle that doesn’t really show up on the nail though.

Julep Lineup - Darcy, Delia, Della, Delores

  • Darcy (It Girl - Future Fresh, January 2017) is a lot more sheer than Belle but it’s a lot more complex - it’s like a sheer blue base with duochrome shimmer on top of it that goes from gold to pink. Very unique and interesting!
  • Delia (Boho Glam - Diamonds Forever, November 2016) is a cool looking dark purple with blue, pink, and silver glitter. Very sultry.
  • Della (Boho Glam - Cozy in Love, February 2017) is a sweet dark purple with a silver shimmer to it. It’s not super shimmery looking but the shimmer gives this polish a lot of depth.
  • Delores (Wonder Maven - Kisses, London, September 2015) is a really opaque blue-toned purple holographic. It’s really something special.

Julep Lineup - Ciara, Claudia, Danica, Danielle

  • Ciara (It Girl - Rebel Set, October 2013) is a cool purple with blue shimmer. The shimmer’s not quite as amazingly sparkly as it was promised by the bottle but it’s still quite nice.
  • Claudia (Peridot for August, August 2014) is a cool and complex topper (although I don’t think it’ll get opaque on its own). It’s light green with gold shimmer and a few red flecks. Over white this is a stunner!
  • Danica (Boho Glam - Paradise, April 2015) is a purple metallic with a pink shimmer. It’s a bit sheer on the first coat but it builds nicely.
  • Danielle (It Girl - Paradise, April 2015) is a blue metallic with a slight duochrome to purple. It’s nice, I don’t have too much to say on it.

Julep Lineup - Cher, Cheryl, Cheyenne, Christa

  • Cher (Emerald for May, May 2015) is a beautiful green sparkler. It’s a little sheer, I’d use three coats, but it’s worth every coat. The glitter has a pink shift to it that makes it really unique.
  • Cheryl (Boho Glam - Very Merry, Holiday 2015) is a gold metallic. Pretty standard but nice.
  • Cheyenne (Bombshell - Switch Up, November 2015) is a beautiful and super special brown matte metallic. It’s the most perfect fall polish I’ve ever seen.
  • Christa (Bombshell - Holo Nights, July 2015) is a spectacular lavender holo with purple glitter in it. This is a lot like Brandy where the purple glitter shows up best when the holo is dim.
