fact: I actually bought Outta Bounds specifically to compare to The Perfect
Holly Day because the early promo pics looked a lot like Outta Bounds, but in
person they’re really different!

Santa’s Side Chick, The Perfect Holly Day is a matte. The other mattes here are
Just a Little Embellishment (not even close, but because it’s so new I thought
it was worth throwing in), Sarai (which is a lot brighter), Sonia (which is too
blue), and Licorice (which is a black base with green shimmer). With top coat
The Perfect Holly Day would be similar to Baroque Jungle.
