I Won’t Dance is surprisingly close to Prima Donna – The shimmer is a tiny bit different but they’re extremely close. I Carol About You is similar, but the finish is different, I Carol About You is a purple crème with pink shimmer.

Opening Night is by far the closest thing I have here to Isadora. The finish is a bit more flecky and Isadora is more purple toned but otherwise they’re really close. Patricia is also in the same category although it’s a bit less purple and darker.

Actually, Feel the Chemistree is almost dead on with Julep Patricia, it’s a bit darker but otherwise they’re really close. I Carol About You is in the same family but it’s more of a purple crème with pink shimmer. Opening Night has a similar color palette but it’s got a quite different finish.

Misc. Comparisons - Essie DJ on Board (Shimmer Brights)

I really wish I still had my old bottle of DJ Play that Song, it’s kind of funny how a polish with such a similar name is basically the non-shimmery neon version of the same color! Also, why didn’t I think to include this in the Millie comparisons?

Well, yeah. Everything Louvre Me Louvre Me Not on right are way too dark. I guess I thought DJ on Board was a bit darker than it was. Let’s Jam is also way too light and the shimmer is blue, and Areetha is lighter, not at all warm toned and has a whole lot of silver frost in it. Suzi & the 7 Dusseldorfs is too dark, but not by as much as everything else right. Katie is too pink toned to be exact, but it’s pretty close. Millie is definitely the closest to DJ on Board, but it has a lot of glitter in it.

Of everything here, the stuff that’s closest is Gloria Days and Louvre Me. Gloria Days is darker and has bigger flecks, but Louvre is in fact really, really close. There’s less metallic in Louvre (which is more of a crème with glitter instead), but color wise they’re close enough you don’t need both.

Spring 2017 Comparisons - Zoya Millie (Charming) - Part 1

I’m going to do a big Zoya purple metallics comparison that goes into more depth on the differences between them someday soon, by the way. In the meantime, enjoy this shot!

Hudson’s not even kind of close but since the other two shimmers in Charming were close to the other shimmers in Awaken I wanted to throw it in. Anaka likewise is way pinker than the rest of the comparison, but it’s in the same boat as Millie so I thought I’d throw it in. Millie’s more purple. Hope is the closest of the shimmers, but A) Hope’s formula is really, really thin and B) It’s just a metallic with no flecks.
